Shinjiro was staying with and being poked in the Mage's Guild for awhile a few years ago, so that's a possibility. Souji was born in Bellicus and his family was mostly centered there, but weren't magic users or anything overly special to be honest.
To be honest, Flynn (once I finish his app) is the best bet. He grew up in Bellicus until his teens AND has magical skill (mostly healing and the likes) so....
Rou, Luffy, Pip, Kristoph and Isshin would remain just about the same. MEANWHILE for my other two new muses... they uh, both wouldn't know much about her I think. Well okay Kensei might know of her a little, but he wouldn't be bothered to look into it.
Jenka would have definitely heard of her, at least. Possibly met her. But she has enough sense to avoid getting involved with her in any way unless she had a good reason not to. Hmm~ But I'm sure some of the old Heterodynes wouldn't have been averse to letting Yuuko have a Jäger or two for a few years in exchange for something or other, if she likes having people to order around. Thoughts?
Ah, well, I don't blame her for avoiding her. Yuuko's a little creeptastic, and sometimes a bit too eerie for a lot of people. But! If you'd be interested in that, I'd be up for it! It would have to depend on what their wish/demand was, though.
That would be rather entertaining! ^_^ And it would be nice to have some idea of what she was up to over the last few hundred years, lol. What the wish was - feel free to make something up, or not, since I bet Jenka wouldn't even know. Actually, I can't imagine lending a few minions would be worth very much, so it may have been an extra in some other deal? IDK. But it would be funny~ &hearts fff I wonder if she made her wear a dress or something...
AHAHAH Jenka in a dress, oh lawd. Over the last few hundred years... she's basically been doing the same thing? Obviously she used to be young in her early... 100s. Depending on how old Jenka is, maybe they met when they were younger? It's a possibility~
Angel has very, very likely heard of her and may have even met her before. In her childhood and teen years, she was living in Bellcius under the name of Kyouka Ichinotani, and helping to run the Ichinotani family's restaurant, Lunchland, particularly well-known for their bento boxes. And that's before she went into the military and specialized in getting information out of people. So... yeah, she probably knows Yuuko fairly well, and may or may not have grown up trying to be just as mysterious and sexy as she is

Sebastian is probably the one that would most likely know her. Even if in TST canon he's been around for only 50 years, he got around!

Ohoho. I like the idea of Sebby and Yuuko together. They could have tea sometime, y/y? She also gets around, so if you want, they can know each other from before (and therefore she miiight know of Ciel?) or be strangers on the Firetruck. Either's okay with me.
