They've done it again... last week there was an article detailing the court dismissing a case the RIAA brought against the mother of a 13-year-old girl for filesharing. Legal fuck-a-row... do they sue they middle-age parents if an underage person downloads underage pornography?

I'm distressingly interested in legal loopholes for possesion of underage pornography.
