Break-ins. Hummer attacks. Missing people.

...Officer Cato? I want to do more to help. You're my partner, aren't we supposed to be working together on stuff like this?

We need to get together and discuss things, the whole department. I saw the interview of the man on the news, and I believe Havoc spoke to the father. We've at least got a photo, though I don't know how much else we have yet ( ... )

Not yet, but it's certainly on the brink. There is nothing more that I want right now than to keep this from becoming some out of control disaster...

I wouldn't say that I care more than others, at least not everyone. I think there are some just as concerned as I am with the recent crime hits exploding all over the city.

I just... might be a bit more motivated than they are, that's all.
