A Youkai Night Sparrow who immigrated to Gotham a few years ago. Angered at the massive consumption of poultry in the city, she aligned herself alongside the notorious villain, Poison Ivy. The two wreak havoc in the name of protecting Gotham's environment, that the natural ecosystem that once thrived here might return. She's a major threat to Batman because of the powers of her mind-affecting songs, along with her ability to remove one's ability to see in the dark - normally a critical advantage of the Dark Knight. That said, she's terrible in a head-on fight.
Still a stoic, Private young woman who works in the military. The only thing is that at 26, she still has her ears/tail that denotes she's a virgin, and has refused any and all advances in giving it up. She claims she's waiting for the right person. Those that know her claim she's an ice queen with personal things and who sooner shoot a man or woman than do anything intimate with them.
...She doesn't have the tattoo either and it's rumored that she once shot Roy Mustang in the foot 'accidentally' for trying to get her in bed. Not that she admits it.

Its leader, one of the highest-ranking females in the entire empire (below only Princess Nunnaly vi Brittania Estellise Sidos Heurassein), is Kallen Stadtfeld - one of Commandant Alexei's most loyal knights.
Secretly, however, Kallen serves Alexei in another capacity - under the name Guren, she serves as a trusted aide of Don Lelouch Whitehorse, to await critical opportunities for Alexei to abuse.
Kallen's true last name is Kozuki - born to the guilds, she was slain in the Great War several years ago as a mere child. Her heart was replaced with a blastia by Alexei, forcing her to follow his orders as long as she wanted to live...

Noel Vermilion is a cover identity created to infiltrate Riot Force Six. Armed with the two-piece Intelligent Device, Bolverk, she has forgotten her true nature, and fights her creator, little realising that she could become one of his servants at a simple remote trigger...
