"Greggo?" Sara asked when she spotted her friend and co-worker walking toward her. She was wearing a nice brown jacket, a black scarf, blue jeans and black shoes. Her hair was done up actually and she had a light amount of make up on. Her cheeks were powered and her lips were a bright red. Gaomon was not with her for once, having convinced her partner to stay home. She didn't need 24/7 surveillance. After what everyone had learned about Finitevus she was sure she was safe from him for now.
She had noticed Greg's change lately and had tried her best to just stay normal. So she still poked at him on occasion but was pleasant otherwise. Seeing him out this late she knew he had been at work and had to be on his way home. She had left the hotel to take a nice relaxing walk. But she could use some company.
"Sara... hey, what're you doing out here?" Greg asked as he approached Sara, more than surprised to see here there.
It seemed like they were missing each other more than seeing each other lately, given their slightly odd work schedules and not always being on a case at the same time. When the did see each other it was clear that Sara was sympathetic towards Greg's current situation, but she was never vocal about it, always opting to tease as they always did. He preferred it that way, really. Anything else would have been awkward.
"Just taking a walk. Thought some night air might be nice. What about you? What are you up to?" She did wish they could all see each other more but Nick, Greg and her all worked different shifts most of the time. They need more investigations so they could split them all up and they could be night shift again.
"Oh, you know. Dinner, home, passing out on the couch when I stay up too late catching up on the DVR. The usual," Greg said with a shrug, adjusting his hold on the bag of food he had. "Alex is with Haku so he's hopefully already asleep. What have you been up to today?"
