Who: vigilante_tamer, sinful_sidekick, the_smaller_one, and fairytaleweaver later on. Plus all their partners.
What: Retrieving Yuri fuckin' Lowell's ex girlfriend, getting her to a safe place, and then talking to the Imperial Derp about how awkward this entire thing is.
When: October 16, 2011 - A few hours after Hisuka's Comm Post, and then continuing even later.
Where: D'Ango Forest > Asuka

As it turned out, Yuri would not be the first one to find her.

That honor fell to the loyal hound.

Repede came rushing out of the trees, bee-lining towards Hisuka. He stopped several feet from her, his tail standing straight up, and sniffed the air several times before finally turning his head back and barking.

"Finally!" Yuri called out. "Hey, Hisuka! Tell me Repede found you and not just something that belongs to you!"

"He says he found her," Kotemon said, running along behind Yuri.

Strabimon brought up the rear, and he growled. "You know neither of them likes you translating for him, doofus!"

Hisuka's attention turned to Repede as he made his way near her. A smile crossed her face as she pushed herself up to a standing position, carrying a sleeping turtle in her arms.

"Repede!"

She'd seen him recently enough to know that he'd grown up quite a bit, but it still amazed her. Repede looked so much like Lambert.

Any further thoughts of Lambert were broken as she heard another familiar voice, accompanied by two unfamiliar ones. Hisuka's expression fell into something more amused, nonchalantly waving a hand as Yuri came into sight.

"You really should have more faith in Repede. He knows what he's doing."

"I've got lots of faith in Repede," Yuri said as he emerged from the trees, the other digimon following him. "Doesn't mean I'm can't worry about you.

He paused for a moment as he studied her, and he smiled after that. "So you really got pulled here too," he said quietly, stepping over to her. "And here I was thinking that only I had that kind of luck."

"I guess that's her," Strabimon said, looking at Kamemon. "Man, her partner isn't cute at all."

"Quit being rude, Strabimon!" Kotemon chided him.

"I may be a cheater," Yuri told her. "But again, you're the one that got tackled. I'd call that a win for me."

"I could go on and on about how much of a cheating bastard you are, Yuri Lowell, but knowing you, you'd find some way to turn my words around to benefit yourself in some way," Hisuka said as she continued to brush herself off, and then straighten herself up. She looked around for any sign of the digimon. She didn't see them yet.

Yur took the cue from her and he started to dust himself off as well. He followed her searching gaze, and he smirked. "We were running pretty fast, Hisuka," he told her. "I don't think they're gonna catch up for a few more minutes."

Repede gave a bark of confirmation to Yuri's observation, and he turned and walked back into the trees to resume guiding the digimon.
