She had been following him, using her cloaking crystal to remain undetected by Rock and the Gaomon. It was close to midnight now and the streets were mostly empty. This would work well for her plan. She needed to make sure he never arrived home.

With him gone and the Wilybot framed for what she was about to do, Elec Man would have only one person left to turn to, her. She uncloaked behind them, clearing her throat as she floated just above the ground.

"Excuse me?" She would get their attention before summoning Nightcrawler behind them. They would strike the digimon first, which would stop Rock from getting any more powerful while she was free to digivolve her Partner and overpower him.

They both turned and Rock offered a smile.

"Yes, ma'am, what is it," he asked curiously while Gaomon sniffed at the air. The digimon was surprised at having not noticed her before.

Cyclonis smiled back at Rock. With a flick of her hand she tossed a piece of wax over the hero's head. With her other hand, she materialized her crystal staff, she smile unwavering.

"Oportunatus availus beseechus socius vitoritus." Behind them, the wax suddenly became a Candmon.

"I hate to be a bother, but be a good boy and die." Cyclonis aimed her staff at Rock and fired a beam of energy at him. Behind the duo, Nightcrawler opened his mouth and shot a small fireball at Gaomon's back.

Rock jerked his head upward to watch the wax fly over, only to get flung back by the beam of energy. The same happened to Gaomon, only he went tumbling forward, fur singed.

Groceries lay scattered on the ground as the two pushed themselves to their feet. Gaomon growled and rushed Nightcrawler as Rock called up his armor. He didn't know what to do about Cyclonis; he couldn't fire at her...
