What: Alex is coming to visit the camp-site for a day.

Greg had just been relaxing while waiting for Alex to arrive. Sitting by the fire pit, he had his comm out, occasionally answering texts from Nick and Haku (and Roy from time to time. The man was still trying to figure out the text function and took at least a half an hour to reply, if not more) and not doing much else.

As soon as Hooshah came close, though, he put his comm away and stood up.

"Daddyyyyyyyy!" Alex cried out, jumping off and running over, tackling Greg in a hug. Laughing, Greg picked him up and spun him around.

"Missed me that much, huh?"

"Uhuh!"

Lance managed to finish off his set just before Hooshah landed. He went to her, shaking his head slightly with a wry smile at Alex, to properly unbuckle the harness and set Lopmon free. The dragon shook herself as he took it off and collected all the straps in one hand, straightening them out.

"Did you have a good flight, then?" he asked of the boy and his partner, faintly amused.

"Uguu..." Lopmon groaned, stumbling around a little bit on the ground once he was free. "I... really don't like flying..."

"Well you're gonna have to get back some how," Greg pointed out. Lopmon let out a groan and flopped down face first. Alex, on the other hand, seemed fine, giggling a little at his partner.

"Just... gimmie an hour on solid ground."

Lance snorted, but he was smiling as he said: "Ground-hugger. Flying's one of the greatest things to do on this Earth."

"Hmmrll~!"

Of course they weren't biased or anything.
