At the moment, though, Robin, there WAS someone - Ryoko.
Ever since the eviction, she stayed out of contact in hopes of things just going smoothly. Then, everything came crashing down on everyone. And, in less than a week, two of the most important people in her life - Hay Lin and Tenchi Masaki - were gone from the Digital World.
It didn't matter that Sasami was still around. She didn't care that there was a Will here or an Irma. It wasn't the same ones as before. And she knew that, if a Hay Lin showed back up? It wouldn't be the same.
Catching sight of the Boy Wonder, the former pirate glared at him, and formed one of her energy blades, ready to chase him off. "HEY! Why don't you just get lost, alright? I don't need the company!"
"Oh, really?" Ryoko said, putting her arms behind her back, that smirk still on her face. She leaned forward towards the Boy Wonder. "And just what would that be, hmmm?"
"Uh, actually...whoa!" Robin leaned away from Ryoko, and suddenly found himself on her couch in quite the awkward position! From his point of view, anyway.
Ryoko laughed as Robin stumbled on her couch. "My, my, so nervous...!" She leaned closer to the Boy Wonder, gently laying a hand on his cheek. "Why don't you just loosen up a bit, hmmmm?" She leaned a bit closer to him, aiming to press her lips against his.
Hey, Irma wasn't here and neither was Hay Lin. If she did it, big whoop!
If Ryoko hadn't placed a hand on his cheek, Robin definitely would've jerked away...! As it turns out, he moved to the side so the girl would still get nothing but the chance to kiss the empty space he'd just occupied.
That still left him on the couch, and Ryoko's hand against his cheek. "...Of course I am! I meant it when I said you were pretty, but isn't this going a little bit too fast?"
"...What'd you just sa-!" Robin was cut off as he had to quickly dodge a second attempt at a kiss. Damn, Ryoko was definitely persistent!
She definitely reminded Tim of a much older Irma, one who obviously didn't mind where they were at when it came to...'moments' like these. The hair however, was another thing entirely.
"Heheh... I said... time waits for no one. And I mean it." Ryoko said. Once again, she made another attempt to kiss Tim. And she'd keep going all night if she had to!
Robin's eyes widened once again as this time, he'd literally backed himself at the end of the couch...and was helpless to prevent Ryoko's lips from pressing against his.
Well, he could've thought of numerous ways to stop the girl from kissing him but those ways would've given Ryoko some serious injuries and that wasn't part of his job description-especially since he wasn't out on patrol or taking on people like the Joker...!
...Damn. The kiss was a LOT better than he thought it would be, so Robin found yet another reason why Hay Lin had fallen for Ryoko.
Closing his eyes, the Boy Wonder followed suit with Ryoko, dropping the staff and wrapping both arms around her waist-thereby, pulling her closer against him.
Even though he hadn't gotten closure with Irma, he figured she would want him to move on with his life eventually. And who better to start a possible relationship with?
"That's something I had to teach myself, actually." Robin noted as he grabbed hold of the top of the couch, leaped over it and wrapped his arms around Ryoko's waist from behind.
"Batman hasn't had much luck when it comes to women, though I think that's more his decision than theirs."
Ryoko smirked at what Robin did and teleported away again, reappearing on the other side.
"Y'know, little bird, just because I kissed you doesn't mean we're a couple." She crossed her arms and smirked. "What makes you think you're my type, hm? I could just be leading you along..."
Robin eyed Ryoko with a raised eyebrow, though it wasn't that visible since it was behind his mask, and smirked himself...before leaping back over the couch and landing to where his back was literally against hers.
"Trust me on this - if you were leading me along, you'd feel just as much pain in your heart as I would. Yours would probably be more, since you'd be betraying not only my trust in you, but someone else's too."
"You REALLY think that, don't you?" Ryoko said, not moving. "Heh, you don't know me very well, do you?"
Another teleport and she was back over by the window.
"You think that if I was leading you along, I would be betraying her? You're full of it, bird. This world's show, just this month, how fickle everything is here. You can't trust everything and anything here."
She looked out the window, turning her back on Robin. "Why don't you just go ahead and get back to your room?"

...she deepened the kiss a bit, moving her hand away from Robin's hand and laying it on his shoulder.
She didn't want to pull away. After what she had been through? This felt GREAT.

"My, my. I have to wonder if the Bat taught you how to be that fast with the ladies as well!" Ryoko said, playing with his hair.
