"Anytime, Resa...that's what friends do for each other; they look out for each other, right?" Yugi noted, a relaxed smile on his own face. He'd decided, just to make sure nothing happened this evening, that he'd sleep in a sleeping bag.

And, he'd be sleeping on Resa's side of the room. Nothing against Esmerelda, but he hadn't met her yet and the Duelist hadn't actually met any other spirits of any kind since the day Atem had left to go to the afterlife.

Resa heard that line so many times when she was manipulating and backstabbing Yuugi, but it actually held some meaning for the girl. "Yeah, they do!" She said with nodding her head.

"He's as wonderfully pathetic as he was the last time you were friends with him. But this time, there's no Dartz around to wrap you around his little finger now~." Esmerelda teased with a wicked smirk.

Resa whimpered in response of what Esmerelda said, but she paid it no mind for now.

"I-It's good to have someone here... it was g-getting quiet!"

"Yeah...it some cases, it gets too quiet back in Tetha." Yugi agreed, spending as much time as possible with Sho whenever either of the two weren't working. "Though, we really should try to hang out when it doesn't involve injuries or saving the world!"

"I-Is it because you don't have the Pharaoh anymore...?" Resa curiously asked and she looked at him directly.

Spend time with him?

When was the last time she spent time with anyone and actually had fun doing it with no strings attached?

Never?

She couldn't recall the last time she, and not Esmerelda, had actual "hang out time."

"M-Maybe we should a-all hang out... like a duelist meet up! I heard there's people from Neo Domino City here as w-well as with Shou and his b-big brother!"

This conversation so far was turning out to be rather... light for the tormented girl.
