For his her part, Konata was on the way BACK to the Inn, carrying a plastic bag full of bottles of water (AND some chocolates she'd bought from Fillmore, though she was going to save THEM for later). After that age-changing thing and the current gender-bending event? She wasn't going to let the Inn water take her off-guard again.

Still, being turned into a guy DID have its benefits, Konata reflected, shifting the bag in her hands. Sure, she didn't have muscles like guy-Mion did, but things didn't seem quite as heavy anymore! And-

Konata paused. Wait, was that a flash of green hair? "Mion?" she called out, peering around the corner. If Mion looked over? She'd see... well, Konata with a haircut. And wider shoulders.

Somehow, the voice's about the same, though.

Mion heard Konata's voice and turned, thankful to see a familiar face. Wow, she really hadn't changed much.

No time for that!! "Konata...! Oh, thank goodness!" Konata would hear a...much deeper voice. And see a teen who was even taller than her than usual. She scrambled up, breathing heavily. "Are any Digimon chasing you? You didn't see anyone waiting outside, right?"

Mion was, at the moment, a liiittle frantic.

"Wh- MION!?" Konata's eyes almost bugged out of her head as Mion came into view. "W-Well, I mean, I knew that you'd turned into a guy, but... holy crap!" She even had to crane her neck- and it was pretty clear that guy-Mion gained more inches than guy-Konata ever will.

Konata blinked as Mion's questions to finally sank into her mind, as did the other girl's guy's frantic state. "Eh? Digimon... chasing me? I don't THINK so, but- wait, YOU'RE being chased? - aah, too many things going on at once!! C'mon! To my room!" she said, double-timing it towards the stairs.

Once they made it to Konata's room- and once Konata closed the door and bolted the lock- she dropped her bag and turned to face Mion. "... a-anyway, that's one heck of a side effect," she deadpanned. "Maybe it's because you're... well." Konata gestured towards Mion wordlessly. "Admirable?"

Mion followed Konata and nearly collapsed with a sigh - but then swung a hand at Konata idly, gritting her teeth. "I-it's not funny!" She pouted, which looked quite humorous now. "And it's not that, either! I wasn't having these problems at the Royal Base - or until after I applied at Tim Horusmon's! After I ate those...cookies..."

She flopped onto Konata's bed with a groan. "Tetha is completely insane. Why do you live here?"

A sudden tap on the window made Mion look up.

And there was that damn Hawkmon oh god.

"COME BACK TO MEEEEEEE!!!"

Mion blanched. "A-a-ahhh..."
