Foreman's eyebrows arched up as House finally came to. It had taken him a day or so to actually REACH one of these "light posts," and had thus not been there for very long.
Very slowly, he had started to accept this wasn't some freak hallucination. Beyond the extraordinary, things seemed to go about... in a rather normal manner. It was still hard to accept, but after several days of seeing all of it... it was almost beginning to be hard NOT to.
"That actually might be me," Foreman stated, getting up and walking over to his bedside. "Unless you've been shot in the exact same place again. And while I wouldn't rule out someone wanting to, the odds of that are..."
"Nonexistent. So is the odds of that...pet of yours existing. How the hell did my mind come up with that anyway?" He questioned himself before skipping to another train of thought.
"So...what patient to I get to massacre this time? Because the faster I get this done the faster I can tell Cuddy to use ketamine."
"Ketamine?" Foreman's eyes widened, and he took a step back, sighing. "So, you hadn't... yet..."
Despite himself, he laughed. Whether at the ridiculousness of the entire situation, or... well. "That kid was right..."
He gave a long breath, crossing his arms. "...Cuddy's not here. Neither are Chase, Cameron, or Wilson. And... much as I may have tried to rationalize otherwise... you're not hallucinating."

Wait...
"...What kid was right about what?" He said, starting to get up. He needed to find Cuddy.
