What: Chaos Comes to Axoryi

Chaos had come to Axoryi.
What was once a peaceful island usually graced with good weather even in the coldest of winter months was now shrouded in the darkest of dark clouds, clouds that seemed to tear the very sky apart with lightening and thunder. Those clouds brought with them waves like the island had never seen before. High, powerful, frightening waves churning dark and ferociously just off the coast and getting closer with every second. On the island itself waterways were still full, but the shoreline had receded drastically, drawback pulling and sucking the water out the closer the massive tsunami came.
The sea beneath the island had trembled just as much as the earth in any of the other cities, and while some buildings had done little more than shake and rattle and knock things off shelves on to unsuspecting digimon and tamers, other buildings that were old, weather worn and not so sturdy had literally crumbled within seconds of the initial shock.
The streets were chaos, with Axoryi's population in utter and complete panic. Some were trying to get to light posts, but most... most were just frantically seeking shelter and higher ground wherever they could. Power had gone out for the entire island, and while it was still the early morning hours, it very well could have been evening. The screams of the fearful rose and echoed in a cacophonous sound, pleading for help, salvation, anything.
But the sound... was swallowed by the thunder above.
(OOC: Just a note, the entire city is in chaos, but there is some benefit here. All digimon are able to reach Ultimate Level until this event is over.)
