Just attempted to watch that new show on ABC Family...The Secret Life of the American Teenager. I couldn't even make it through the first five minutes. Bad, bad 7th Heaven flashbacks. Do not stop. Just run right past it. It's not worth it. I could sense the preaching coming.

Molly Ringwald couldn't even redeem this.

Brenda Hampton, you suck.

Just a bad 7th Heaven sequel. I watched for John Schneider and was bitterly disappointed in the whole f*ing thing.

Seventh Heaven was a preachy hour of conservative views. At the beginning it was all right, but as time went on it just got worse and worse.

I didn't even get to the point when John Schneider came on, to be honest. Five minutes and click!

I'm pretty conservation but I found 7th heaven void of any real storyline, like you said a string of conservative views.

I watched the whole thing but don't ask me what was said cause well i block painful memories.

I guess I'm going to hell since I found the Tudors more worthy of cable viewing then this.

Pisses me off cause I believe is was Brenda that knocked the Tudors on the nudity and sexual scenes...

A lot of shows are more worthy to watch. Most of which are pretty inappropriate, but have more realism than what Brenda Hampton is trying to sell.

I get that people want to instill moral values in their children, and television programming doesn't always uphold some of these values. But Hampton goes about it the wrong way, especially with stereotyping characters. It just is not cool.

I wasn't even interested in watching. It just looked so bad. And 7th Heaven flashbacks are never good. That show really dragged on for too long and was really awful by the time it went of air. :\
