That's "Bitte, Liebster, bitte..." lieb is an adjective. (That applies, of course, to all the times where you used "lieb" as a term of endearment.

That'd be "More, mein Vielfrass." Even though Vielfrass sounds rather ridiculous in German, maybe some kind of humorous endearment? If it's meant serious, though, it's not so very appropriate.

I think that's just a typo. Should be "Fick mich".
