agreed with all of this. to me it had a weird, awkward vibe too...at a few points it almost seemed like it was veering off into black comedy, but not quite...it never really hit its stride.

The German dude's role was pretty overacted, but I think that was forgivable. His job was to play a deranged old doctor; he did it well.

Though I guess one could say that the two women did a good job of fulfilling their insufferable bimbo roles, and that, by extension, would be forgivable... ugh..

I guess a crazy screaming German man is just more of a likeable guy than a pair of whining women.
