I can't sleep, so tonight I am having a Disney marathon. The first is Lady and the Tramp, mainly because people keep advertising the DVD and I keep seeing the fish bit and giggling, so I wanted to watch it. Next I believe I'll watch Beauty and the Beast. I think it may be a 'and the' marathon. Perhaps Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs will be next

I just reread that entry, and I'm suprised anyone managed to get to the end, since it's just a waffly stream of conciousness.

Anyway, Belle only decided to stay with the beast (who's name we never find out) because she'd seen the ripped painting in the west wing. She has proof he was handsome. That and the Stockholm syndrome, and she stays with him.
