so today i posted my resume on monster.com. i forgot that i had made an account long ago. when i sent out to get my user name and password i only recieved my user name. i had to call the 800 number to get my damned password and i had the most interested and awkward conversation....ever ( Read more... )

its not so bad that you had to go through it as much as the fact that they outsourced! *strange!*

I've never had to contact monster (.ca) by phone, but i did have a very apologetic/sympathetic email from a lady when i couldnt find my password and it could have been a fake name i suppose she was north american
