ok I tried to make gitanamorena prompt this on touchline because I cannot, madridista germs, etc and I couldn't remember your twitter handle but for some reason she only wants to prompt Athletic fic so whatever I deliver this perfect old-school madrid prompt to you: did you know Raul used to have a magical bedroom? and that his teammates used to fight over who got to share it with him? tell me this happened during the Mori era. it would make it even more perfect.

omg i what. MAGICAL BEDROOM???? okay, the interview was in 08 and he say he got the bedroom in 05 which is sadly after the mori era- well, mori was on loan in 03/04 and then came back for 04/05 before the club cut him and sent him to liverpool, so he MIGHT have been around for the bedroom? or maybe (more likely) the magical bedroom was the club's consolation gift to raul for brutally ripping away his lifestrike partner
