So I made a part two, and I'm defo gonna do a part three! This is just some drabble scene, I need it as a filler for the next one I'm actually writing at the moment. Enjoy?

The ending scene is just brilliant. Chuck is so perfectly in character as Rhett, and I know that is not an easy thing to do at all.
Blair Waldorf will say those three words to Chuck Bass one day. One day. I'm not holding my breath for now because I really don't want her to right now. It just adds to the tension in their relationship. I like that, but I'm big on writing tension and angst in my stories.
Nice job, Jade!!!

I know! Its such a great thing to build up tension and I know I'm going to fill delight when she finally does say those words to Chuck in this story, except I really wanna change the ending of GWTW right about now. LOL!

Tension in a story is one of the best things that you can do. I'm always anxious to have Blair and Chuck happy in my fics, but then I think about it and I realize that I just love their witty banter and I love when they are at each other's throats. I'm big on angst!
The ending of GWTW is the absolute best moment in cinema history. I love it and hate it at the same time. I hate it because he truly does leave her and whatever she does is not going to change his mind, but I love it because the movie is perfect with this as the ending scene. Sometimes unrequited love is the best thing.

I agree, the ending was so tasteful. It was just how it was meant to be, it was beautiful in every way possiable. Still, it was unlike Rhett to walk out, but we all saw it happening in the end. There's only so much a person can take, and Scarlett (like Blair) is a handeful at times. We know it had to be done for Scarlett to notice her real feels for Rhett! God the woman was blind long enough!
Sometimes I wish we'd got a happy ending, but it's better for viewers to make up their own minds I suppose. Would Scarlett of got Rhett back? Hell yes. That woman was stubborn enough.
