update on legal happenings: no drug court, and most likely no felony charge. fucking yes. we shall see, though. even though my situation looks pretty good right now, i still have some shit to wade through obviously, to get at the end of the legal 'finish line' so to speak. and either way i'm not going to have my license for at least 180 days post

That's awesome that you don't have to do drug court. Losing your license for 180 days....that will go by fast, and it will be much better than doing all those classes and meeting with counselors and crappo.
