Terra was pacing around, trying to sort out the turmoil growing in her mind. The shock of learning that a friend didn't remember her and was on the enemy's side (technically) and a (former?) enemy on their side was a bit much to swallow. She was on her way to the portal crystal that would lead her to her room, to think it over. Her lip was on its way to being chewed raw, and though she usually paid attention to her surroundings, she was well on her way to a collision with the new arrival.

Still gazing around, Hilde didn't notice the second presence right away. Catching the soft sound of steps at the last moment, however, she quickly turned, only just sidestepping -- less graceful than usual -- to avoid contact. Upon finding herself with another young woman, however, her manners rose above curiosity. "Ah--pardon me--!"

Terra glanced up, then her eyes widened as she snapped out of her haze. "Hm? --oh! I'm sorry--I didn't realize--" She paused, still flustered, but making an attempt not to stumble over her words again. "That was thoughtfuless of me. I didn't mean to almost run into you."

"It's quite all right." Hilde took half a moment to study the stranger curiously. "...I'm sorry," she went on after a moment, glancing at their surroundings pointedly, "but are you from this place? I only just found myself here, and I'm afraid I don't recognize it in the least."
