A bright flash of orange, intertwined with a hazy gray, could be seen some distance away, and eventually neared in, revealing the magess in all her glory. Her hands were still up in a casting pose, having obliterated some of the damned mannikins that continued to pester her, but they lowered when she noted the man resting.
Hmm...
"I don't think I've seen you before. Hello, there."
Anna raised a hand to her head, fingers delicately scratching at the tufts of cherry blossom pink strands. 'Honey,' eh? Not a lot of people call her that, except for maybe Edward and her father.
"What am I doing here?" Good question. What was she doing there? Unfortunately, Anna wasn't all too great at pick-up lines, and took the question rather seriously. "Killing off these stupid mannikins for target practice. What are you doing here?"
Mannikins? Those things that kept attacking him were called Mannikins? Gokudo stood up.
"Looking for a way out of here and away from those gods. But I think I can linger a while for a babe like you. Why don't we find a private place and get to know each other?"

He paused as he got a look at Anna. Then a smile appeared on his face. When he spoke again his tone was very different.
"Hey, honey. What are you doing here?"
