[After viewing one too many videos featuring clueless dew-eyed youths, Albert decided to ease the congestion by being creating a guide for these young warriors to use regarding the crystals. It wasn’t like him to be this charitable, but it seems that the sorcerer was in a good mood despite his current misfortunes. Hence, the appearance of a dapper ( Read more... )

Oh, Yuri! These crystals aren't so bad. They are quite nifty after all.

"I hate these kind of things. Damn magical crystals good-for-nothing!" Nope, totally isn't remembering the all too recent time when he tried to revive Alice and the bloody crystal broke.

[Goodness, such rage! It is as if Yuri has a personal vendetta against any crystal emitting magicks.]

I take it there's a reason for such loathing, but I wonder if I should dare ask.

[Have a video feed flickering back on, showing Jill's thoughtful expression before she realizes that it's working]

Oh... I see. Kinda hard to control these things without any buttons...

[Considering this was the first time he saw the blond bombshell, Albert automatically assumed she was on the other fraction. However, he made sure not to show his displeasure in this brief encounter.]

Indeed it is! Just because Chaos and Cosmos are gods, doesn't mean they are practical thinkers.

Still, they're useful. I'm surprised we're allowed to see the other side, though, considering the feeds I've picked up on... although I guess that goes back to not thinking practically.

I highly doubt the footage we see now will always be available to us, madame.

Why? Well, it's simple. Those of Cosmos could filter their future feeds from us once the chaos truly starts. No pun intended.

Doesn't it? I thought a little guide would be useful for us all.

[The little monkey boy(hey, is that really a tail?) wins a smile him.]

You are more than welcomed, young man. May I know your name? It seems there are too many unfamiliar faces here.

Sensible precautions. All right, if I see any unpleasantly familiar faces, I'll be sure to let you know.

Be sure to keep me abreast. The faster we learn about the enemy, the faster we can make our daring escape from this bloody war.

The last thing I want is to spend all of eternity fighting for that damn louse, Chaos. I am sure you agree, Snake.

Of course. We may not be able to avoid having to fight in this conflict, but we can make sure it's on our terms.

Cardinal. Do you know anything about these crystals we were told to find? There seem to be crystals all over this damn place.

I don't have the foggiest clue about these wretched crystals other than mere assumptions. From what I am gathering we, the Chaos Fraction or Team, is suppose to steal the crystals from Cosmos' lair in hopes of winning this childish war.

However, at the same time we must protect the crystals on our side of the fence. Think of this as some sort of team deathmatch or such.

[A sigh.]

I find the entire affair to be quite a nuisance.

Oh I've seen several familiar faces... but I don't think I want to share what I know just yet.

That would be telling and where's the fun in that~?

Oh, ho, ho! Fun you say? You think this entire little farce to be merely a game, do you?

Whatever it really is, I could care less. So long as I can wreak some havoc and blow some people and things apart at my discretion... who cares what the 'gods' are planning? Not like they care about us, why should we care about them?

You'll have your havoc soon enough, but if you rush forward towards the enemy without a solid plan...

You'll die.
