It sounds like you guys got a similar message on your end.
Seven days... [She shakes her head, sighing lightly and glancing aside] To prepare us, I guess. Or send us into a panic, if it sparks the right reaction. [And then she looks back to the screen] We'll just have to expect the unexpected, as usual. Rebecca, Shadow: let me know how you two are

[Sounds like she is trying to mean that and not be unnerved about the situation. Fighting for your life against the undead is one thing, being forced to fight people just like you for no apparent reason is another.]
Yeah, I passed out and heard something similar. It seems like we're fighting whether we like it or not, huh?
I'll be ready. I can do this.
But still, I don't want to hurt you.

Don't worry about me. But if it comes down to the worst case scenario... don't underestimate the people on my side.

Don't worry, I won't. If there's anything I've learned, it's that as long as you don't leave anyone behind, there's no shame in running away.
My side either, though. I haven't made too many friends so far, but I do know there are a lot of strong people here. On both sides.

[Ttly resisting the urge to ask about Chris here, as that very open post just now said enough.] ...Oh--there's a man on my side, Solidus Snake. You talked to him?

[And while she doesn't want to ruin this by jumping the gun or acting too suspicious, she feels obligated to say something--he's her partner--and so she hesitates, considering. Ironically, this is the first time she's ever felt almost awkward around him.]
[At length, all she comes up with is a mild,] ...Thanks.

Hn, it could be worse. [And it could be. Oh, he was not please at all at the random blackout despite how short it was. How exactly he was awakened was also just as disturbing. Whatever feelings he had about the gods skyrocketed into loathing right about now.]
... Your theory about coordination between the gods sounds even more convincing. Who knows what will happen in seven days if they can inject their thoughts into our heads like this.

[She nods] With the abilities they've displayed so far, I wonder why they couldn't put more of a direct influence over us. Instead, they've given us weeks to think on our own, very possibly risking a backlash, and then they warn us about this ahead of time. What's more, the fact that they only address us when we're unconscious... maybe that's all they can do. There has to be a limit to their abilities, and maybe that's one of them; figuring out those vulnerabilities is key to ever standing a chance against them, I'm sure.

They've yet to show themselves as well, which may also be just how some gods operate, or that they do have something to hide. But I wouldn't be surprised to learn they've been watching us for these weeks for reasons other than this war. [But he did pause and reel himself in. No time to think about those issues as much. Yet all of them battling against the two gods together was intriguing.]
Perhaps after this first battle we'll learn more about their strengths or weaknesses. I've been interested myself to see exactly who or what I'll be up against, and maybe more in those who haven't been as skeptical.

[She considers for a moment. She's in no position to really show any kind of concern here, even if she can't help it, and while she doesn't exactly, her tone is still a warning one] ...Some of the guys over here won't hold back.
