Rough Draft Submission Instructions/Check in

Hey guys! It's time to seriously start buckling down up in here, since FIRST DRAFTS ARE DUE SEPTEMBER 1st 6TH. There might *coughwillcough* be room for some leeway, but ideally, everyone participating is aiming for that goal. Then, starting the 7th (or whenever we get all the drafts), the claims post will go up for artists. IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO

I've been kind of bombarded with a bunch of other fests stuff and some serious creator's block (which I've recently gotten over), so I haven't started writing my fic, but I have the general idea for my story outlined in my head. Once I sit down to write it, I'll have it done in no time. Probably will start it this weekend actually.

um....you guys didn't remind people about drafts or anything, and I still haven't started but I REALLY wanted to do this, still. Do you think we could bring the requirement down to 10,000 words maybe? Push the due date back to the end of OCT. or mid-november for drafts and then go from there? I think people would be more willing and involved if youd id that, and then provided check-ins to keep it on everyone's mind! :D
