I'd check at the hotel to make sure in case they changed it, but last time I was there yes, you can get in during Extra Magic Hours at the international gateway. I don't know if there are manned ticket booths tho.

We are BCV owners. We do this all the time. No worries. International Gateway is open the same hours as the rest of the park. ( EVEN when World Showcase is not open in the morning, you can come in through here. There's just nothing open in the WS )

There are manned ticket booths there, but I am not sure if they are open for EMH. It makes *sense* they would be but who knows!
