I was one of the ones who kept checking your site to see if i missed an update. I didn't want to pester you but I WANTED TO PESTER YOU! I know some authors don't like to be poked and i didn't want you to get annoyed with me but i am so, so, so glad you took up the pen and gave us another wonderful chapter in this wonderful series. I was also pleased to read your explanation for the wait. You didn't owe us one but I'm glad you told us and I'm glad it was a happy reason. But now that you're back i want more updates and more updates and i don't care if you get annoyed with me now that you're updating. Posting this chapter gave me the excuse to go back and read it from the beginning. I hope you know how much i adore these characters. Because I do.

Awww, what a lovely comment! You know, I was going to PM you and let you know I had posted another chapter if I didn't hear from you because I didn't want you to miss it either. LOL. I don't mind being pestered at all. In fact, I find the pokes and prods to be very motivational. Especially as time got away from me and I started to think that any readers I had would probably have lost interest by now. It's easier to write if I know there are people who care about what happens to these guys next.

I'm excited about the next chapter. We're going to see how Chad and Jensen react to their first meeting. I think it will be very different from Jared and Jensen's first meeting in the hospital. LOL

That was so cool. I like jensen's descriptions / ideas toward shoes! And that he thought Jared understood. I can so see him trying to take off sneakers.

I love the turtles. So cute.

Poor Misha, so worried about germs he scares Jensen without thinking. I love that Jensen finally cries for Jared though.

When I thought about how uncomfortable it would be to crawl with shoes on, I knew Jensen would pull out all the stops to get out of wearing them. LOL

I got the idea to include turtles in the story from a small lake near where I used to work. There were tons of turtles there and each time I walked past the lake, it would take a while for me to see the turtles because they blended in so well. Once I saw one of them, though, they all seemed to materialize like magic.

Awww, I knew what was going to happen, I knew it but it got to me nevertheless, you have a way of telling this story that sounds so true, and so heartbreaking at the same time. I'm like TCS 1121, I now have an excuse to go back and read the whole verse all over again.

Also, this is the sentence that got to me the most, and it just stands there like it's nothing important but...

"From there, he'll have a great view of the lake, the turtles, and he'll also be able to keep an eye on his daddy and Misha, just in case they forget about him and leave."

Come on! That's what broke me, just in case they forget about him and leave! ;_;

First of all, I freaking LOVE your icon. That tiny face is just too cute. Dean?! LOL. I watched some fennec fox videos on YouTube and those little animals are loud! Also, thier diets? Not something I would want to deal with when feeding a pet. But they are crazy adorable.
