Do you have a nature center near you that can help. Rabbits aren't the easiest things to raise. You'll need to feed and stimulate them to urinate and pass stool every few hours. They are more hay eaters than carrots and lettuce, actually lettuce isn't very good for them.
Call around and see if there are any vets in the area that treat pet rabbits, they might have feeding hand outs and things like that, it's what we do when people call us.
Usually we tell people to leave them or return them, but since you don't have that option until you find the nest you might have to get creative.
My lab mix (who I got 7 years ago today) used to bring me baby possums, yeah that was a treat.
I don't know about a nature center, but this evening we did find the nest with one other baby in it. No mother. Do you think it's safe to put them back?
