Is there going to be a delay in the voting? I know that I personally am going to be really really busy right around Christmas and may not have a lot of time to check livejournal/vote. :(

I'm sorry, I'm not sure I really understand your question :( (english isn't my first language)
You're supposed to do one icon out of every cap, which makes a total of 4 caps-icons. No blending is allowed.
For the interpretative and technical themes, you can choose any cap you want- your icon just has to follow the themes.

We're having a Regular LIMS this round due to people choosing it in the poll. So your chosen movie isn't related to these themes. You can choose any cap you want (including, of course, Winnie the Pooh) :)
