Banner Maker Schedule and Volunteer Post

This post will hopefully updated every few weeks.

This will be an easier way for all of us mods to keep track of who the community's wonderful banner makers are and help us keep the rotation going nice and smoothly.

It will also give all of you fantastic banner makers a bit more notice about when your next batch of banners will be coming up =)

Banner makers (as of january 2016) : larmay, erinm_4600, kirtash_girl, personaleclipse, candream + (if needed) weasleysangel & gribouille.
