LIMS Mistake!

It seems as though I made a mistake in the counting of the last LIMS vote. I was counting each icon in numerical order (going through all  the votes and counting all the 1's, then counting all the 2's, etc) and I must have just stopped short of number 8. As it turns out number 8 had -4 votes, which would have eliminated
