I'm seeing a whole bunch of characters for you, but I'm going with Nani. She's loyal, passionate, and fiery but also fiercely determined in regards to her family. The temper issue and the need to stay motivated (like her trying to find a job to support herself/Lilo) reminds me of her.

I 've never seen "Lilo and Stitch" so I looked up a short clip of Nani. I think the other girls were spot on : Nani
