[She's climbing in your air vents. She's snatching your people up. Alright, well, not the last part, but she is in an air vent, her ever present Bauble on her left shoulder. Finally, after several moments of creeping, she effortlessly pulls the grate away, and slips out of the vent, landing on her feet with the grace of a cat.]

How strange. I swore ( Read more... )

[Irish accent, you say? That's enough to gain Puck's attention. Especially since Aisling returned to her isle, without so much as a goodbye to the fae.

Puck appears quietly, floating upside down, sitting with his legs crossed, right behind the girl.]

Most people prefer stairs over air vents, lass.

Yes, but air vents are ever so much more enjoyable. Like an adventure.

[She turns and smiles, brightly, not even slightly affected by his show of magical ability.]

Don't you think? Simply taking the stairs would be dull, and a new place calls for a new adventure.

[Hmmm... that's awfully odd for a human girl not to be stunned by him in the least. It's instantly no mystery that she must have had experience with the third race before.

And hopefully, not one so biased as to hide the truth about the fae and their hierarchy.]

Oh, you'll get plenty of adventures here, don't you worry about that, lass~.

And if that sort of thing tickles your fancy, I suggest signing up for my class. [Shamless as ever, Puck.] Though classes are currently cancelled, I have some extra credit oppertunities planned. If you like, you can drop by and see if it interests you at all?

Hopefully none as dramatic as the one I encountered with the Horn King. The threat of torture and death is more frightening than enjoyable.

[His class? She cocks her head to the side, Bauble, the glowing orb of magic, becoming visible from behind her head.]

Oh, my! Do you teach some kind of adventuring class? Why, I have heard of this odd little things known as 'excursions', might we visit King Eidilleg and Dolli at the bottom of that lake? It would be a very fun adventure for those who haven't had the chance to meet fairies, yet.

[Jane stares for a long moment, utterly perplexed as to why a girl just crawled out of the air vent.]

Um... excuse me? I... I beg your pardon, but... why were you in there, miss?

[Eilonwy calmly glances around the room, once more, the glowing ball of light known as Bauble following every movement of her head.]

My, and here I was hoping I'd found one of those 'reception' rooms I've heard about. What a pity.

[She turns her attention to Jane, offering her a smile.]

Would you happen to know how to make the box machine work? The magic one with all those glowing buttons. I seem to have made a right mess of it all.

Oh... c-certainly.

[Puts on a polite smile.]

It's quite difficult at first, but you manage to comprehend how it functions even...tually....

[Jane's smile suddenly drops when she catches sight of... what appears to be..? Well, she's not entirely sure, but whatever it is, it's glowing.]

Thank-you.

[Just as she's about to crawl back into the air vent, she notices the girl staring at Bauble.]

You seem to be quite interested in Bauble.

[The golden orb floats over to Jane, lighting up as it gently pushes the tip of her nose.]

Don't worry, he won't hurt you.

[Frollo stumbles back in surprise, looking back and forth from the girl on the floor to the air vent from which she so suddenly emerged.]

What the blazes--

[And in response he gets a stare of his own from Eilonwy.]

Oh! Hello! I do apologize, is this room yours? I appear to be quite lost.

[Your impressive landing has landed you none too far from a boy hovering in the air just down the way. He chuckles a bit to himself and claps, flying over.]

That was pretty good! Don't think I've met you before.

Thank-you. You're really much too kind.

[D'aw, he's so adorable the princess can't help but giggle in return.]

And I don't think we have met. I'm Princess Eilonwy. It is lovely to meet a fellow magic user.

[Jim had just left his room, closing the door behind him, when he was shocked to see a girl crawl out of one the air vents.]

...What are you doing?
