[ ...oh jeez. Here we go. Well. At least it's a friendly little one, seeing as how there's so many unfriendly ones. So? She reaches down to nudge it behind the ears. ]
You know, I wouldn't be hanging out in the hallways with the lions around.
[As Elizabeth is wandering the Academy, wondering just how it is she will be released from this bloody awful mess, she notices the small creature and cannot help but look at it.]
Oh, just look at you! Poor thing. Haven't got a soul to care for you, do you?
[She plops on the floor, something she normally would never have done. Yet it seemed while she was confined to the body of the little girl she once was, her mind seemed to revert to rather childish ways of thinking. Her adult spirit was doing battle with the wills of being stubborn and twelve.]
Worry you not, kitten. My name is Elizabeth Swann, and I will be watching over you.
Mew?! [If a kitten could ever look shocked, this one was doing it now. L-Liz'beth?! Wh-what happened t'you... Oh, nevahmind, that Lilo! I warned her 'bout voodoo, I really did!
The kitten runs up to her and sits in her lap without hesitation. Elizabeth was one of the most thoughtful and kindest people in the Academy... no bad would come from the child version of her, right?]
[Elizabeth smiles and begins to stroke the kitten's fur. The kitten did look awfully surprised!]
That's it, little one. Has no one been giving you enough affection? Right awful creatures, some of them are.
Perhaps I should take you to the kitchen, fetch you something to eat. You've not eaten have you?
[The small childlike wonderment seems to take her mind for the moment, as she looks the kitten eagerly in the eyes and waits for an answer. As though it would be able to tell her...]
Oh. Errr... hey.... there... [Tulio cringed as he stared down at the kitten, backing up a little. He shifted his eyes to see if there was anyone nearby that owned it.]
[She saw the reaction and quickly backed up to give him room. She looked around... there had to be something she could use to tell him who she was... Wait.]
Mew! Mew!
[She ran around in a little circle, and started to run towards the door outside, stopping to make sure he was following.]
[Being awake during the day started out as an interesting novelty, but between not having Elisa to share it with and the strange, unpleasant burning sensation his wings have developed after a few hours out in the sun, Goliath is losing his enthusiasm for this voodoo madness. In the quiet shade of the library he tries to read, but his tail lashes back and forth, back and forth in underlying agitation.]
[The kitten came creeping in, her eyes landing on the gargoyle. Her human mind screamed to leave him be, especially with his current coutenance, but her kitten body quietly stalked forward.

And now this.
Someone's brought a cat to the Academy. At least to Helga, that's what it looks like. ]
...
[ ...Why? ]
...Let me guess. You're lost.

Goliath glances over his shoulder, ignoring the pain in his sunburnt wings, to stare at the small cat batting at his tail.
Well, it's not hurting anyone, and it is a youngster. Let it play if it wants. Goliath turns back to his book.]

Sorry Goliath... kitten instinct. She's trying to fight it, really, she is! But... it's kind of... fun.]
