We'll try an exercise. If you can, calm your mind. Try to get into the mindset you use right before you begin a song, that creative feeling. But instead of focusing on any meanings, focus on a color. Something familiar to you, like the color of your hair or the green on leaves.
Once you get that feeling and you have figured out a color, gently will it to the palm of your hand. It doesn't have to have a shape quite yet; it can be a simply glow, if you like. Just try and make it the color you're thinking of.

A minute or so later, you can see something formless, but still green, glowing in her hands.]

Very good. Throughout the week, try practicing that, but use not only different colors, but different shades.
That is another thing important to the art of illusion: focusing on everyday details and a sharp memory. But for now, simply concentrate on this exercise. At the end of the week, we'll move on. Alright?
