[Have a particularly bored looking southern blonde in the library. She was grateful for Elizabeth's safe return from Berk, but knew the poor thing needed her rest

[Quasi's in the library as well, doing his class reading, syllable by painful syllable. Finishing one assignment, he starts wandering through the stacks to return the book to its rightful place. He finds the shelf easily enough, but he also finds Lottie sitting in the window seat right next to it. After a moment's indecision, he decides that the best way to return the book (while still obeying her order to "stay away") is to sneak around behind her back as she looks out the window and place it on the shelf as quietly as possible. Hopefully, she won't notice him. Hopefully.]
[Quasi drops the book, and it smacks spine-first into the floor. He's in full-blown cower mode, hunched over even more than usual and shuffling backwards to get away from her.]
I-I'm sorry, I d-didn't mean... I just wanted to return...
[...oh. The book. It's still on the floor next to Lottie's seat. He can't get to it without getting closer to her, and he can't very well just leave a library book on the floor. He glances helplessly from Lottie to the book and back again, paralyzed by indecision.]

[Lottie's first instinct was the scream, but she stops herself. Syndrome had told her that her days of being scared would be over. Even though they hadn't started her lessons yet, maybe she could start on her own?
She sees the book, and kicks it over to him, the book sliding across the floor. Although, she quickly retreats to get as close to the window frame, and as far away from the still-scary hunchback, as possible.
Although, for some reason he didn't seem as scary as he did over the communicator. Maybe it's because he was almost cowering?]
[Violet's bored out of her mind too. Since she already caught up on her homework, she wandering around looking for things to read.
A pile of fashion magazines and a book on the history of Supers in hand, she almost passes by Lottie when she hears the blonde complain about the rain and boredom.]
You know, there's plenty of stuff to do inside. [Like that pile of homework in front of you, girl]

[Oh Lottie. Moses has really wanted to forget about you since the incident at Halloween. How could he allow himself to behave in such a way? Why should he even care about that piece of dirt? The piece of dirt that had his arm around Lottie the entire evening -
He cringes at the thought and pulls out another book on the shelf. Surprise, surprise. Not in his language. He glances over the text and rolls his eyes and - out of sheer bitter vengeance - lets it drop to the floor.
That voice.
Moses whips around and sees none other than Lottie at the window. Luckily she hasn't seen him. Perhaps if he carefully steps away - ]

She was about to call him over, peppy and gleeful for a familiar face, but then that Halloween night hit her.
She stops herself from calling out to him, instead watching him with sad and confused eyes.]
