welcome to round sixteen! Happy Iconing everyone!
Just to change things up, this round's set of category icons is an extension of the technical themes with a focus on text.
To balance it out, the Artist's Choice icons will not be able to have any text on them.

For text behind, if some text is behind and some is not, does it still count? First time doing this so I wanted to be sure :3

That fine. If you look at the examples, not all the letters are covered by something.

I don't think I'll be able to finish my claim. I'm sorry! I only have about 13 icons done and I have to work tonight. Are they due by midnight on the 20th? Because I do have tomorrow off so I may be able to finish them up then.
