First of all, may I say bravo for trying to infuse new life into the community. *applause* It's always heartbreaking to see a good communtiy go down. So I am thankful that you are both so dedicated to keeping it going.

I like the idea of the monthly claims and the mini-challenges. But I was thinking of ways to space them out. Maybe have a month with 3 weeks of claim and 1 week of challenge. Or if you have a month with 5 weeks in it, then you have 4 weeks of claim (as normal) and 1 week of challenge. I just think it may split participation to do them at the same time. And it makes the challenge more special. Does that make sense? I will be watching closely to get started! :D Yay!

That's not a bad idea. We'll try experimenting a bit with the schedule and see what works and what doesn't.
