Three Disney things

- Two comics
- Some artwork
- And a request for Disneyworld fans!

First, here's a link to a journal post where I posted two of my favorite comics by two of the best artists in the world; Carl Barks and Floyd Gottfredson. The atmosphere in these Mickey and Donald comics is quite different from the better known Disney stuff, but I have been raised with them. If you're not familiar with the comics it's defenetily worth a watch. It's the first appearance of the Phantom Blot (1939) and an early appearance of Uncle Scrooge (1949).
Fake cut, the page might take a while to load completely! The post is still public but it'll be changed to protected soon.

Second thing is some artwork. I'm still practising a lot with drawing, and I've put a lot of my recent sketches together in one picture. After all it's sketches I enjoy most! These are random drawings, but about 50% is Disney and the others are drawn in the same style. Lots of Donalds :) The lemur character is my own. Critics are appreciated :)

Last thing up is a rather silly request!
Song of the South is my favorite movie and I LOVE Brer Rabbit! The Brer characters are very hard to draw, and you hardly see any stuff with a really good looking rabbit on it. But I'm completely, utterly in love with the statue in Disneyworld:

It's one of the very few pictures that really looks like Brer Rabbit, and it just happens to be a statue...
Since I live in the Netherlands I'm afraid I won't ever see this statue or Splash Mountain in person. My question is, could anyone with a quite good camera take a few nice high-resolution pictures of it? I'd love to print it in black and white and hang it on my wall :D If anyone would be willing to take pictures when he/she visit the park, please let me know so I can tell what I'm looking for. I'd be forever grateful!
Oh, and if anyone has any other pictures of the statue I'd like to see them, because I've never seen it from the side :)

Thanks!
