In need of some nightmare control, so; Slenderman, the Rake, and company in the Monsters Inc world. Either they're well-known scarers and the stories about them actually killing people are greatly exaggerated, or the MI monsters successfully oppose them. (Bonus if the MI crew use the power of laughter to protect humans from the freaky things in "The Aforementioned".)
