Sulley/Randall AU. Lolita-inspired. Sulley is in his late twenties and already a top scarer at Monsters Inc. Randall is around 15, 16 or 17 and his high school class goes to Monsters Inc. on a field trip. Somehow Sulley and Randall bump into each other and Randall catches Sulley's attention. At the least Randall can just flirt with Sulley and lead him on, but if you want... it can go further than that. XD
Basically Randall is like the young and seductive and complex Lolita and Sulley is the older Humbert who is lusting after his "nymphet".
