Mulan/Emperor of Qui Gong

Shang doesn't stop the wedding, and Mulan becomes Empress of Qui Gong. She realises that she now has considerable power, especially over the childish, impressionable Emperor, and sets about using it.

Can go wherever filler wants (though dark!Mulan might be highly interesting), including whether or not Shang did survive and comes back later.

I havent even SEEN Mulan II and I want ths prompt to be filled so badly
