Brother Bear Pocahontas Cross Over Type AU anonymous May 18 2011, 19:21:50 UTC

The spirits always had a twisted sense of humor. Thomas, a kind, nature loving, clumsy man, gets turned into a bear. Kocoum, a strong, native, woods man finds bear!thomas in a poacher's trap and set him free. Thomas then becomes dependent on Kocoum.

Er, does anon mind if it's set in a more modern time? because I so want to put woodsman!Kocoum in flannel Also, do you want Thomas to change back, or keep him as a bear?

No modern time is fine and omg that would be a nice sight to see :p
And its really up to you but if it's more romantic then human so they can have a happy ending :D

Okay, anon. Because my brain decided that this is going to be a bit longer than I thought, I'm posting the fill on my journal so I won't spam up the comm. The first and second parts are already there.

About the only thing I kept from Brother Bear was the transformation bit, and it's somehow turning out to be a weird fairy tale. I hope you're okay with that?

Ha ha, that's okay, OP. I hope that I am going in the direction you want; it's still unfinished, but I am aiming to complete it before my classes start next week.

Also, I had originally attempted filling your prompt as a mini-comic, but the plotting didn't work out so well. When I finish this, I may post a few art extras, if I have the time :) (Just as a warning, they may be completely silly).
