Jungle Book- Gen, Bagheera Fights Shere Khan to defend Mowgli

In both the first and second film, its Baloo that runs to help when Shere Khan comes for Mowgli. After the events of Jungle Book 2, Shere Khan eventually manages to get back out of the lava pit and comes after Mowgli a third time. However this time Papa Bear is nowhere to be seen, and when Bagheera hears Mowgli's cries for help he leaps into a bloody fight with Shere Khan.

This will be the last time Shere Khan threatens his man-cub.
