AU, older Oliver. Dodger takes Fem!Oliver under his wing when she joins the Company, but things become complicated when he begins to develop less platonic feelings for her. Human!AU is optional, but I don't mind either way.

Bonus if Rita acts as a cool big sis type for Fem!Oliver and is the quickest to pick up on Dodger's feelings.
