Writer's Block: Environmental Confession

As the pages of my notebook fill
I know they will end up in a landfill
Piling up the trash we have left in our place
It's a shameful sight that brings us Disgrace

Look at the rotting scene of a tale
And all the food there growing stale
Look at the things we could have used
And the way good materials we abused

Thank you...poems come second nature. Though I wish my vocabulary was more vast so I could expand on the various topics I feel compelled to turn into words.

Have you ever read the dictionary? Like, READ it? It was a punishment at my elementary school, you had to read a couple pages and they quizzed you afterward... I and I think that my vocabulary tripled in the fifth grade.... but yes, sometimes when I'm writing I sit there for a couple minutes, trying to think of the right word. Eventually, I just put down some boring, generic thing because I can't think of anything better >3<'

Ouch! In middle school we had to copy down pages as punishment. I try to improve my vocabulary and I've learned that I learn far more on my own then in school at times.
