I watched that episode. It brought up a very good point.

The whole "round-up the Steves" part makes sense and I guess I could support a "flying license", if it was voluntary, but though the episode was new just last week, there seemed to be continuity problem with the storyline and I thought the throwaway about the 9/11 was a little misdirected.

But yeah, David Kelley often makes sense. It's just that I don't know that he wrote this particular part or maybe it was leftover from a previous year, but he usually makes sense and James Spader is always so terrific, most of the show's summations get bootlegged to YouTube. Immediately after reading the WaPo piece, I flashed over to YouTube, grabbed the summation and decided to put it here, in addition to linking the article from my supplemental thingamabob.

Let's just say that the vid is added content and not just a sign that I was too lazy to write one of the longer pieces, I have rolling around in my head. After all, because I don't see a triggering event for the Washington Post article, I can only assume that the authors or their editor got ( ... )
