I don't often admit it and when I do, it is usually preceded by an "ahem", but I'm far enough into my forties, I know there's no going back. It was actually pretty well planned. Though, I will have to say that most everyone I know who's around my age with kids as young as mine, they're on their third to sixth, while we only have the two. One to replace each of us, based on that whole zero-population growth concept that was so popular, a few years ago and which recently put John Gibson up in arms. Though, hopefully, he had his tongue firmly planted in his cheek at the time and wasn't completely serious about the matter.

Tech has a reasonable number of "non-traditional" students and your attitude roughly fits that model, so I could see someone thinking you were a student.
