I have a few tv-related items to pass along and due to the brevity of each, I'm going to throw them into a heap.

The synergy is remarkable.

I found a link on Slashdot just this morning which says the FCC is proposing a record fine against a single CBS show ("Without a Trace") for indecency.

I'm under the impression that the orgy scene that they are being fined for broadcasting is the one in the PTC compilation. I, myself, agree with most observers that it doesn't really show anything objectionable and though I haven't checked any wires this morning, I believe they are going to join NBC in filing an appeal.
